Niko is a little shit that we found wandering the streets of Chandler, AZ at 2 in the morning. He was the mangiest, sickliest, open sored, and hungriest cat I have ever seen. He stopped to eat some french fries and I went out to make sure that he didn't get hit by a car since we were by a busy street. Instead of bolting, as feral cats do, he meowed at me and started asking me for food and help. How could I say no?? I ran to the closest walmart and grabbed the largest kitty carrier I could find. RIP Niko
Niko passed away in July of 2015 from cancer caused by feline leukemia, though he was vaccinated. He spend the summer of 2013 as an outdoor cat. This was a bad idea. PLEASE keep your cats inside if you want them to live to a ripe old age. I miss you so much, Niko :(
